My customer is having the same issue. Enrollment method used is
quickadd.pkg by Recon. The devices shown as unmanaged are all Mac OS
10.9.5. Does the OS version happen to be the same for other folks having
the same issue here?
I am experiencing the same thing with JAMF Cloud environment... Also, I
completed the installation of MDM profile on one of my computers but
could not on the other... I am lost.
