When you swipe left and arrive at that screen with the 8 small windows,
have you swiped down to show the complete list of Apps? That screen in
your screenshot just shows the most used apps.
I'm taking a closer look at this. I just implemented it a week ago. I
see that Chrome updated to 118, and my version in App Installers is
still 117, so it didn't update automatically. I will dig into this and
see what I can learn.
I'm wondering how you pushed the driver out to the MacBooks. If you
pushed it with a profile as an In-House App, then you can go to
Apps>Inventory>then open that app, scroll down to see the installed
status.
