Yes, if you enabled the Restrict exact process name, you'll need to add ".app" Or you can disable that option and leave it as is. Also, not sure how long it takes to replicate to the entire environment, so for testing, I ran 'sudo jamf manage' to app...

You need to add ".app" to the end of the title, when you select exact match. If you uncheck exact match, you won't need it, but then won't have the ability to delete the app.
