Chriskmpruitt, Thank you for responding! That was the first thing I tried and it didn't help the issue. I even wiped the machine and as soon as it re-joined jss it lost access again! It's pretty strange.

I know this is an older post, but with Office 2016 for Mac, they have created a static page for upgrades. Microsoft Update Site They now include an up to date installer along with an updater for each seperate application. Hope this helps.

@Bauer, I have to admit, this scripting is above me. Could you possibly post the script without the Approved drive section? I just need to force encryption on time machine drives. Truly appreciated.

You can force encryption with an Apple profile. Once it is encrypted, the turn off file vault button greys out.
