Puffin Academy no longer works for our Math online textbooks that have

We have supervised ipads that are on carts and not set up with an Apple

We have a number of students who have figured out how to install
unmanaged apps onto their managed ipad. I believe they are somehow using
emulators.Has anyone had issues with this? How to we prevent this from
happening?
