I wish I had an answer for you, but I experience the same thing. The
amount of times I've had to start from scratch because it wouldn't open
is too darn high!

I modified it to authorize Zoom instead of Teams, but the issue is in
14.2 it appears it won't let you write to that directory. Manually or
via Jamf. Location Services are enabled, moving on... Current contents
of /var/db/locationd directory: CLDaemo...
