@MatG The issue you are seeing appears to be with how Outlook is handling the auth. We have the same issue and have opened a Premier case with Microsoft.

If you plan on using Jamf’s Infrastructure Manager the short answer is no. You can setup multiple infrastructure manager instances on one server to accomplish this. It’s a shortcoming of the product that has fallen on deaf ears at Jamf.

You could change the login shell to /usr/bin/false which should still allow authentication but not login.
