Hi Jamf Nation community,
I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this but I have a very strange behavior after migrating a local account to cloud account with Jamf Connect.
Let me explain:
We are using Okta as IdP and wanted to deploy Jamf connect for authentification on users Mac devices.
During the process we link/migrate the existing local account to the cloud account.
All went smooth and the new login window authentification is working.
However, every time we restart our devices, the Mac asks the user to relogin everywhere.
(Registered TouchID fingerprint is reset, Internet Accounts logged in macOS asks for passwords again and again!)
And that at every restart.
Do you have any ideas where to look at to troubleshoot this issue ?
