Jamf Connect Login worth it with GoogleID

forgot the question mark. annoying. Title basically says it all. As GoogleID is only compatible with Jamf Connect Login and not Verify or Sync, is it even worth using? Does it help users create an account any easier than a local account creation? Is it in any way more secure than just having a local account if the offline fallback is enabled? Thanks for any insight here.

As of Jamf Connect 2.7.0 (current release is 2.8.0), managing passwords with Google Cloud ID is possible. Here's a link to the 2.7.0 release notes:
