I am getting an error when I install 10.6.3 from the Retail disc during
imaging. It is a custom installation, but the error I am getting is "Error:
The OS Installer failed because of an XML parsing error it the installer
application. It was installed, but packages with underscores in the name
have been deployed incorrectly."
It does continue to install all of the other packages in the config and
boots normally, I just don't know what it may be missing in the OS.

Actually just got this error when doing a custom install using 10.4 media
So maybe an issue with the os installer? I’ll keep hunting...

If I do a standard install and no customization, it seems to work fine. I
guess I will be doing a standard install...

Bugger that confirms my fears.... Guess I’ll be setting os language via command line.. (something like defaults write -g AppleLanguages -array en ja, fr, de, es, it, nl, sv, nb, da, fi, pt, zh-Hans, zh-Hant, ko) & will submit a bug report with jamf..
FYI.. The only OS customisation we were doing on 10.6 was installing quicktime7 & rosetta.
Whereas we’ve seen this behaviour during imaging when having set a customb installs language to anything but english.
