7.31 - Stop Tomcat no longer working

Just updated to 7.31 over the weekend and now the Stop Tomcat button in
JSS Setup Util no longer works. Server OS is 10.6.4. Anyone seen this?

I think you may have had a security update that broke TomCat like myself.

I don't think that's the issue I'm having. That Tomcat update was
included in 10.6.3 so we made that jump months ago.

JSS starts - It just won't stop by using the button in JSS Setup Util. I
can manually restart it by using jssutil -rt and that seems to work fine.
