Yep. Think it has been mentioned before.

IIRC It used to happen to me when installing Office 2011 from a diff.

Yes, I created an extension attribute that checks for ASR because the problem for todays date was becoming so widespread for us.... I am still seeing it from time to time and have to go in and manually rerun policies, etc.
