Asset Tag is not able to Add Casper inventory

Hi,

Could you help me to resolve below issue.

In casper i am facing a different issue- i am able to add asset tag in Casper inventory per machines. But is not saving, but its just only roaming the spinning gear.

Message i am getting - Computer information is saved and spinning gear on left . Attaching error file.

To add some specifics:
Sushanth is in India. Using his credentials, I can add asset tags to the details window and save them - at the site where the master server is - on the customer's network. We were able to do this from India in the past. Setup - Sushanth is on our corporate network - not our customers - hooking in via citrix..
Wondering if the issue is related to time.

The resolution is the fact that you don't want to be using Internet Explorer to update Casper... Any other browser is fine.
