Cannot Push out Web Clips to Shared iPads

We are moving some of our iPads from Single User to Shared iPad mode. Found out that we cannot Push out Web Clips :( Seems very arbitrary to prevent web clips from being pushed out to iPads just because they are in Shared iPad mode.

Yes this is a problem and a known issue currently.
