Cant Get past login screen on the Enrollment JSS site

Since upgrading to 9.4 I can't get any user (ldap or local users) to get through the enroll website.

Please help! I've tried granting myself all privileges and still can't use my user to get through just the login screen.

I need to get some iPads set up and this is the quickest way without deleting info. Great coming in on a Sunday to work and then getting roadblocked.

The Enrollment website settings have moved in Casper 9.4. You may want to verify your settings were updated correctly. Visit JSS Settings > Global Management > User-Initiated Enrollment.
