Casper Admin 8.71 won't open in Mavericks (10.9)

Since upgrading my MacBook Pro to 10.9 I cannot open Casper Admin anymore as it says Casper Admin Requires Mac OSX 10.4 or higher. I tried resetting my preferences files and I get the same message. Do I need to upgrade to a newer version? Where would I download this version from? Thank you.
