I uploaded the pkg from the Apple installer to Jamf Pro but it keeps failing. I tried as a patch, as a policy and direct through Jamf Admin, all with the same result. Copying the pkg to the machine and manually running it works fine. Help?!

We've seen this in the past with the various point releases for High Sierra and Mojave.
We now just cache the full installer onto our Macs in a policy, and then have a separate Self Service policy which contains a very short script to run the startosinstall command.
In contrast, the 2019-00x Security Update packages seem to work just fine.
