I'm getting this error when trying to upload icons for self service.

I've never come across this before. Is this a permissions issue?

Thanks in advance.

What version of Casper are you running?

9.32

Might I add, I started working for a new company that has kind of a complex set up. The main JSS is in San Francisco. There are remote sites, about 4 in total. There's a Windows Server acting as the distribution point with DFS enabled at each remote site, and the remote sites have a Mac Mini running Casper Imaging. There's another problem there which I will make a separate post.

I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

i saw this too in 9.32, if I remember correctly I just opened it in preview and saved as a jpg.

So it seems it's the image size but what's weird is that I haven't come across that before. I thought the JSS will resize. I am working at a new company and at my previous one, I have never had to resize the images. I would do a Get Info on an app where I want to capture the icon, copy the icon from the top-left of the Get Info window, open Preview, select New, then paste and save as a png.
