Errors with Autopkg(r)

After being at JNUC I was inspired by Autopkgr and decided to setup Google and Firefox to auto update.

Day 1, no problems. Day 2, crap what did I do?

I removed the policies and smart groups (manually) from the JSS. Now when I run check apps now it downloads puts the file on my JDS and then blinks away and never recreates the policy or smart groups.

When I ran it from the command line I get this error about an object conflict I can not for the life of me find. Any help would awesome.

When AutoPkgr is open, hold the Option key on your keyboard and click the icon in the top task bar. Click Verbose Logs to turn it on. Open Console and scroll to the bottom of All Messages. Watch for the Console after clicking Check Now and copy/paste the whole thing from the first AutoPkgr task message after hitting the Check Now button to the last.

Also check out this comment on another issue I had with AutoPkgr about a verbose flag for Autopkg binary: https://github.com/lindegroup/autopkgr/issues/175#issuecomment-60855209

Here is the verbose log file. I will take a look at your thread over at Github also.

Just curious, what if you try another package. Maybe something you've never had? That way you can be sure you are not have any conflicts. If you take the error message literally, then you have a conflict going on. But sometimes, something else makes a script think it is one thing when it is really another. It looks like it has to do with a smart group object. It cannot save it. Permissions issue? And I don't know what to make of all of the errors above.

I am just about to go down this road myself. I've got Autopkg setup and am testing using it for getting packages. Next step will be to add the jss-addon and test that out.

So I tried 2 different packages and are getting no valid receive. Which is weird because when I browse to the folder it is looking in it is there.
