Excel (Office 2016 for MAC) under Jamf

Hello everybody,

we currently have a challenge with Excel (Office 2016 for MAC) under Jamf.
When you create a chart, you can't edit the chart title. When you write something, no font is visible.
This problem only occurs with iMacs that are in JAMf.
Also the MacOs is not relevant here.
Does anyone else recognize this problem?

What version of Microsoft Office 2016 are you using?

We have running Office 2016 (18011602) and JamF a few month ago and no Problems with any Programm like Excel or Word. Now we are using Office 365 and there are no problem's, too

Do you keep your Office programs updated?

We were having similar issues but found a fresh install using the package straight from Microsoft into jamf admin instead of using composer or another package maker made things work as expected. Plus it gives you the ability to get the latest update down and installed.
