+3I have been using the Patch Management template for Sophos and up until very recently it had been working fine and reporting back with the latest versions installed.
Now there is an error message; "Sophos Antivirus for Mac (Sophos Endpoint for Mac) has an extension attribute requiring attention" and I'm not sure where to go next, is there anything I can do to fix this? Was quite a handy feature before it broke.

Good question. Sophos released an update to their antivirus software in which they renamed the application.
This meant we had to change the EA in order to still track the versions of the newest application as well as the old. Patch Management was made so that if an EA had to be updated within a Software Title, that EA must be accepted once again.
To do this, click the edit button in the lower right. The accept button should appear near the top of the page.
