File Vault 2 macOS Catalina Loop

Thanks for the help.
I'm facing my last problem with File Vault 2, the Macbooks ask for the password after each power off because File Vault 2 need to be activated.
I would like jamf to take over the management of the recovery keys.
"FileVault Recovery Redirection."

Can anyone tell me a good way to do this?

FileVault always prompts for a password after shutdown/restart to unlock the encrypted disk.
If you have just enabled FileVault on the Mac's it will prompt for the password when you log in to 'activate' it the first time.
If FileVault is already enabled it will prompt for a admin user password after a reguar user logs in for the first time (to create a securetoken). Hope this makes sense

I think I said it wrong.

I am asked for a password after each shutdown for File Vault " Loop" File Vault is not activated after that.
