I get this annoying generic ask for Admin log/pass.
I have the PID and process name/number, but again it is generic.
It just lists [Security Agent]
I'm not sure where to look after this. I don't see anything in the logs either....or maybe I am looking at the wrong logs.
any help would be appreciated.

The SecurityAgent process starts when you are being asked to provide credentials. When is this prompt appearing? Something that you launched intentionally or is being launched automatically wants admin login credentials. The reason why your own username is not filled in is because you're not an admin. The install log may be a good place to look if this is an install process trying to run.
