How many of you out there running both Casper and AirWatch?

Believe it or not, we are using Casper for the iMacs and AirWatch for the iPads and any other Mobile Devices. We are running VPP with AirWatch but not with Casper yet. I have been researching about package and deploy Mac Store Apps with Casper and some of thread suggested using VPP is the way to go other than the Composer. My question is can I use the same VPP account (which is enabled in AW) with Casper?

You can use the same VPP account with multiple MDMs, but as far as our TAM has laid it out for us it's not recommended/supported. You can get into a situation where the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

The JSS gives you a warning when a token may be in use by another server, and we've had some issues with one token where new apps wouldn't populate. The solution was removing the token from the old server. So from my experience I'd recommend against it—especially for large VPP accounts.

FWIW our Apple rep told us when we asked this question "at some point it will check in and most likely shut down the first VPP account you registered and only allow the last registered VPP account to work". I don't like the phrase "most likely".
