We are using the Inventory Reports to pull the information for the apps that are installed on iPads. We noticed that one of the apps i.e. kik was not installed on the iPad but it was still showing on our Inventory Report. We checked the profiles were installed in iPad and we tried searching kik on ipad as well but we couldn't find kik app on ipad though the Inventory Report is showing kik as installed on that iPad. Please note that the command sent to iPad was processed successful and can be seen in Completed Commands tab. Is it possible that an app is not installed on iPad but still showing in Inventory report.
