I don't know if anyone can assist here but I thought I would give it a shot
Hi - We have about 10 iPads that have a time zone issue. Connected to wifi only successfully, set time zone automatically but the gear keeps on spinning. Nothing picks up. we have 200 iPads that are ok. If the time is incorrect, then we cannot connect to the Apple store, iCloud etc. A hard reset fails, connection to Apple Configurator fails with error message Failed to copy preflight options during recovery mode restore. [com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore – 0xBC6 (3014)]. Going old school and using iTunes to update
estore fails with error message "unable to communicate with Software Update Service error 1651". I verified that the apple id and password is correct (logged into the Apple ID's iCloud account on another computer). Where can I go from here?
