@bfrench That doesn't appear to exist. The closest thing I can think of would be using the Model Identifier and creating grep pattern that matches models with the specific processor(s) you're looking for.
What is the problem you are trying to solve? As far as I am aware you cannot see what chip the device itself has, but its simple enough to see the model of the device, which will tell you the chip.
