I have an iPad that the student's broken to glass on which they don't want the students using anymore for safety reason. I am repurposing it as a Test device. My issue is even though it is currently In the TEST DEP Server and TEST Prestage enrollment. It keeps using the prestage enrollment from the Cart it was first in.
I have verified in both Jamf and Apple's DEP that the device is in the TEST and no longer anywhere in the first cart.
Anybody have any ideas why this would be happening?

Have you wiped the device and re-enrolled?

Yes, I have wiped the device I have even deleted the device info from Jamf, verified it only shows up in the TEST server and prestage, re-enrolled and it still enrolls with the original cart prestage.

I had a few like that. I tried all kinds of things just like you. Eventually after simply trying a couple of times each day it finally worked.

Okay. At least I know its not me then. It must be some bug in the JSS. I'd think completely deleting the device from JSS would fix it but whatever.
