iPad Profile Installation stalls

Hi All,

we have currently enrolled some 770 iPads into our Casper suite. About 700 of these happen smoothly, the other 70odd are incredibly painful.

We are installing via a URL, and our students are able to login and install the first two certificates (the CA Certificates and the MDM profile). At this point, the installation will often stall.

If the Self Service Web Clip installs almost immediately, all will go smoothly. However, when the system fails it generally happens at this point, the Self Service profile doesn't appear even after waiting for quite some time.

Is there anything we can do to try to get this happening a bit more consistently?

I wish I had an answer for you but in fact we're seeing the same thing. Unfortunately we're on the other end. We're just starting to roll out Jamf site-wide. The first couple went as expected but since then the final configuration profile seems to not get deployed at all. We either have to start over with that device or try to force it by "modifying" the device profile and telling it to re-deploy to new devices. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense and there aren't really any logs leading us to a solution.
