I would like to use iPads mounted on the walls outside my classrooms as calendar kiosks. These iPads would display either a Google or Exchange calendar for the given classroom, be non-interactive, and work over Wi-Fi.
The biggest hurdle I have run into when trying to set this up is the end of day/end of week and start of day/start of next week. Meaning, if I have a calendar displayed in DAY mode, at 12:00am, I would like the calendar to advance to the next day's schedule. If displayed in WEEK mode, at 12:00am on Sunday, I would like the calendar to advance to the next week's schedule.
Calenmob's free app seems to give me and my users the best view of the week calendar and, if there is some way in Casper to remotely trigger a refresh of the app, I think this might do the trick.
Any ideas?

There are vendors that makes apps for this particular purpose. Check out https://eventboard.io/. There may be another one out there that I've seen, but the name does not come to mind at the moment.

You might try using a web page display app(does not allow surfing). We could not find anything simple enough so we wrote a picture frame app that displays urls. Have a look at webFramZ in the app store:

@St0rMl0rD We will take a look at what it will take to manage with a profile and see if we can get it in the next release. No timeframe yet and no promises but we will have a look.
