/private/var/log/
It also shows up in the Console.app, since its in a standard log location, in case you want to view it there.

Console.app in macOS Sierra does not show some log files, jamf.log and install.log among them.

If you click on /var/log in Console.app, it'll show the log files located there in an additional sidebar

I'm also looking for the Jamf log file location. Once found is there a way to export it to keep it for a certain period of time for CCSR requirements?
