Not a huge deal but since upgrading our Windows On-Prem Jamf server to 11.6 we are not getting any backup notifications.
It just shows the following on both production and dev server:
Backups run fine, SMTP also works for other notifications.
Anyone else affected?

Got the following response from Support:
The behaviour that you are experiencing is connected to a Product issue with the following ID: PI119297
The workaround which has been reported being a solution here (until the issue is fixed) is to downgrade the Jamf Pro Server Tools version to 3.0.0 version and then utilise that to perform the backups and notifications should be happening afterwards. The older version of the Jamf Pro Server tools can be downloaded from the Jamf Account. Once the older version of server tools downloaded, we would just need to replace the elements in: Linux: /usr/local/jss/bin/server-tools-gui.jar Windows: C:\Program Files\JSS\bin\server-tools-gui.jar I would suggest in downgrading both the GUI and CLI versions too so we don't have a mismatch between the versions.
