JSS Content Filter Payload

Does someone know how the JSS payload "Content Filter" would work if it is set to "Built in: Limit Adult Content"

It just applies client side filtering to detect and restrict access to websites. I don't think it could be relied on too heavily, it would be too easy to get around it.

All the sites I've been to that needed this functionality have a network level web filter.

How does it work. We need to know about it when its used on the iPad.
