Mac App Store Error installing content when installing via Self Service

Hello,
I am seeing an issue with Mac App Store apps not installing.
During enrollment they get an error "VPP redownload call timed out". When I try to perform this manually through Self Service , I get an error and the Mac App Store opens to the product I am trying to install. The logs for self-service on the local machine are not very descriptive. [<date/time> Error installing content: <App name>]
Any help is appreciated.
