we are naming macos devices by department with increasing nomenclature, and would like to automatize it in pre-staging .
example:
IT dept => MACBOOKPRO-001 to MACBOOKPRO-199
Marketing dept => MACBOOKPRO-200 to MACBOOKPRO-399 and so on
We would like to have different pre-stages like in devices prestages where you have the possibility to configure mobile names with a prefix and a suffix.
I was wondering if there is the possibility to have the same option in computer pre stages and have the suffix to auto increment, so the first IT macbook would be MACBOOKPRO-001, then -002 and so on, same for marketing, etc.
Obviously we would just add the computer in the correct prestaging depending on the department of the end user
