Hello,
We have around 4100 Mobile devices in our district, most of them Ipad Air 1s running IOS 10.3 or 11.2+. I have had a number of them completely lose contact with the MDM for an extended period of time even if students have been using them(wifi connected). The tell sign is when our managed wifi will not connect automatically and Self-Service will not connect to download any apps. Any Ideas???

We had issues with iPads running 10.3.1 that lost their connection with the JSS and only solution was to wipe and reactivate (and update to newer OS)

Thank you for the response, it only happens on a very limited number of devices.
