Is the public version of Mountain Lion the same as the developer GM - build 12A269?

12A251 is showing in the Info.plist on the installer I just downloaded on a Mid-2011 iMac.

That is just the build number of the machine that made the wrapper installer application itself. The actual OS contained within the installer is 12A269. It would not make sense for them to revert back 18 builds for the public release. ;)
