Guys,
Any reason why the Casper NetInstall Creator does not create the i386 folder ?
This net boot image will not be recognised under the startup disk as a valid option.
Thoughts ?

I know the question is old, but I have the same problem now using Image Creator 3.2 on Mountain Lion.

The Image Creator is for OS's to 10.6. For 10.7 and 10.8 (I have not tested 10.8 yet) you need to use the Casper NetBoot Automator Action

Thanks, will look into that.

OK, it doesn't add Casper Imaging to login items on the 10.8 install i tested, but otherwise it seems to run OK.

it does if you import the casper workflow into the SIU, or you can make a golden master image for the netboot and just manually launch it.

That's what I tried, but the "Launch Casper Imaging..." doesn't seem to work on ML.
It did create the imaging prefs file.
Perhaps there is a change in AppleScript on ML.
