No Self Service Available

Trying to get Self Service configured for our workstations and in the documentation the path: Settings > Computer Management we don't see Self Service. Just an Inventory Display icon. Are we missing something? JSS 9.63.

Privileges?
If you can see it, go into System Settings > JSS User Accounts and Groups and locate the account you are logged into the JSS with. Check the Access Level and Privilege Set settings on the first tab (Account) and then the Privileges on the Privileges tab. You very likely don't have the required settings to change anything other than Inventory in the Computer Management section.

Hi @monaronyc,

Do you have sites enabled by chance? If so, make sure you're in the "Full JSS" view and not a specific site, as a lot of the management settings are only visible when in "Full JSS" view.
