Office 2011 preferences

What is the best way to manage Office 2011 preferences? I just created a pkg package of the latest version of Office 2011 with all updates.

I am going to be using the office package with Mac OSX 10.8 and has anyone pushed out office plist with Configuration Profiles in Casper.

Also, what is the best way to configure outlook on Mac.
