Outlook for Mac emails change ' to ?

 this is happening on new outlook for mac for many of our users. have moved them to legacy outlook and seems to help. Wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before?

Id wager the typeface being used is not supported on New Outlook. This would be a Outlook issue, I recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft. I have found New Outlook to be very half baked.
