Password prompt misses to register some characters in MacOS Sequoia 15.2

I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

Unable to log in with any user on the device while writing data to the server, the system will notify and prompt to log in again. We tried logging in again, but the device is still unresponsive.

Note:

Model: MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
Processor: Apple M1
FileVault 2 Enabled (System)
Personal Key: Yes

Preliminary testing steps:

  • Resetting the password and account did not resolve the issue.
  • Checked for the latest macOS update through Recovery Mode.
  • Unable to access Safe Mode on macOS.

To verify the accuracy of the information, users can confirm that they successfully accessed the system without needing to enter a password.

What are you trying to log in to? I would assume it’s not macOS you are trying to log in to as you would need to be logged in to macOS already to start a task to write data to a server.

Unable to access Safe Mode on macOS.

Why are you unable access Safe Mode? Not sure if Safe Mode would be beneficial here, but it should be accessible so long as you have the recovery lock password assuming its set.

To verify the accuracy of the information, users can confirm that they successfully accessed the system without needing to enter a password.

This kinda goes back to my first question, what are they trying to access? If they accessed the system without needing password, either a ticket was provided for authentication, authentication is not required or it uses some kind of YUBIKey.

We try to log in to Mac OS.

How are the devices being accessed? Phyiscally touching the keyboards, or though a remote solution like ARD, TeamViewer, or some other similar solution.
