I'm using Composer to capture and generate pkg files to configure our users' environment when they log in for the first time. I've copied those pkgs and some software licenses pkgs to Outset's login-privileged-once folder, and they run correctly when I log in, but then I get "macOS needs to repair your Library to run applications" error. I've checked the pkg permissions and they're correct at 644.
I'm not sure what else to check. I know there's been some discussion about copying Apple user preference files not working in Mojave, but I need to copy both Apple and non-Apple preference files.
