Plist setting to erase Safari history and cache when closed

I have a few computer labs on campus that are logged in with a generic account that multiple students use throughout the day. I just made my new Firefox and Chrome configs and was able to find documentation to use plist keys to erase all browser cache when it's closed so the next student that sits down at the computer won't have access to the previous user's browser session. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this for Safari or do I just use a logout script that deletes the files that store the cache?

Thanks

I'd be interested in doing this for Chrome app.
