Prompt to enter password in Outlook 2016 when Self Service application installed

I'm finding that when downloading an application in Self Service, if Outlook 2016 is open then I am prompted to enter my password again in that application for our Exchange server.

Can anything be done about this? It's more of a minor annoyance than showstopper.

Our Macs are AD-bound and either OS X 10.10 or 10.11. We are using ADPassMon and KerbMinder. Also, we use SMB for Self Service and our JSS version is v9.93 - HTTPS downloads are planned, but we are a little way off implementing that.
