Reporting basic assistance

I wanted to get a better understanding of alerts, notification, and general reporting. Moving from WorkspaceOne to Jamf, there are definitely some things that I was used to such as email alerts upon new Mac enrollments and un-enrollments but I am not sure the accurate settings in Jamf to generate these.

What I would like to understand and create:
• Report, alert, notification of a Mac enrollment
• Report, alert, notification of a Mac that becomes unenrolled
• When does a Mac go from a managed to an unmanaged state? For example, I have a Mac that has not checked in since April 2020, I know the MDM profile and all of that was removed but does not show as unmanaged.
