Hello all,
We have a screensaver lock policy to lock any laptops that have been idle for 5 minutes.
However, when someone installs a third party app/extension such as 'Caffeine', 'Amphetamine', etc, that policy no longer works. People can have their laptops idle for x amount of time.
Does anyone know how casper can take better control of this without actually restricting the apps/extensions?

You're pretty much stuck restricting those apps, and the OS X command line tool caffeinate
which is likely what they're calling on the backend as that tool exists to make sure a Mac doesn't go to sleep.
