Hey All,
Google just released http://www.kiddle.co and I am curious if anyone can tell me if there is a way to set the homepage of Safari to this site if the devices are managed?

Not that I know of.

I've never heard of this, are you sure it's affiliated with Google and not just someone's random project that is using Google with safe search turned on?

It's Google.

From http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-35694883:
"Kiddle was registered in 2014 and is powered by Google safe search but has no connection with the tech giant." (emphasis added)
I'm not saying it isn't a useful site - I actually hadn't heard of it before today. But it should be understood that this isn't a Google site.

I'm not sure about that. The domain is ".co" and registered through godaddy, and their privacy policy page says it's powered by a Google custom search and to contact Google if you want to opt-out of cookies.
I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the site, and there's nothing wrong with third-parties using what Google puts out there, but there might be better and official ways to do what you're trying to accomplish.
For example, we have safe search forced on for everyone while they're on our network: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/186669?hl=en
