Is there a way to pull list of software's installed in user's macbooks via JSS?

Individually you can find from the asset, under the Inventory tab, scroll down to Applications. This should give you a list of any application installed in /Applications.
You can modify or add to the /Applications path at: Settings -> Computer Management -> Inventory Collection -> Software tab. Keep in mind that turning on "Collect Application Usage Information" can put a heavy load on the server.
If you looking for a list of computers with a specific application. Click on Computers -> change "Search" drop down to Applications. Put in the Application your looking for. Gives you all versions if you don't include a version.
