Individually you can find from the asset, under the Inventory tab, scroll down to Applications. This should give you a list of any application installed in /Applications.
You can modify or add to the /Applications path at: Settings -> Computer Management -> Inventory Collection -> Software tab. Keep in mind that turning on "Collect Application Usage Information" can put a heavy load on the server.
If you looking for a list of computers with a specific application.
Click on Computers -> change "Search" drop down to Applications. Put in the Application your looking for. Gives you all versions if you don't include a version.
